New Tech Network (NTN) has helped schools reimagine learning for decades. But even the most innovative systems need structure to scale. Friday partnered with NTN to bring order, focus, and voice to its growing ecosystem of services. Together, we built a service framework, refined the brand narrative, and mapped out a marketing and implementation strategy to sustain and amplify what NTN does best.

NTN began with a flagship three-year transformation model. As demand grew, additional offerings were layered in to create more entry points—but that made their portfolio harder to navigate. Services varied in scope and cost, focus areas weren’t always clearly tied to offerings, and the connection between school challenges and NTN engagements weren’t always clear.
Access requires structure. Differentiation requires clarity. NTN’s work was strongest when anchored to distinct focus areas with clear pathways to engagement. By creating a middle tier between single services and multi-year partnerships—and clearly linking each offering to a distinct challenge—NTN’s portfolio would regain coherence and a less sprawling narrative.
Friday reorganized NTN’s services around clearly defined focus areas and recommended a one-year pathway within each, creating structured, accessible entry points. We clarified scope, outcomes, and investment levels, and repositioned NTN 360 as the most comprehensive option.
